Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and (if you provide it) phone number.
• Data you enter into the tools — e.g. income, CPF, loan and property figures used to produce your calculations and saved scenarios.
• Enquiry data — details you submit when you request a callback or quote (a “lead”).
• Payment data — for PayNow payments we store the plan, amount, a payment reference and status. We do not store your bank credentials or card numbers.
• Technical data — basic logs and session cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service securely.

2. How we use it

• To provide the calculators, save your scenarios, and manage your account and subscription.
• To connect you with a property/mortgage professional when you submit an enquiry.
• To verify PayNow payments and issue receipts.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, payment confirmations, and — if you opt in — alerts).
• To secure the service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Disclosure

We share personal data only with: (a) the property/mortgage professional you asked us to connect you with, for the purpose of your enquiry; and (b) service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. our database host and email provider) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data (see “Your rights”), subject to records we must retain (e.g. payment records).

5. Protection

We take reasonable security measures — passwords are hashed, reset links are single-use and time-limited, and access to personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to our collection, use or disclosure of it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain features. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer (below).

7. Cookies

We use only cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
